Strategic & Planning
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals (roadmap creation).
- Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email marketing.
- Identify trends, conduct market research, and brainstorm growth opportunities.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing specialists.
- Assign tasks, monitor project timelines, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Foster collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments (sales, content, design).
- Motivate the team and provide feedback to enhance performance.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of online campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Optimize campaigns, spend, and user experience based on data insights.
- Maintain a consistent brand message across all digital channels.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Deep understanding of digital channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Email).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (often helpful).
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with content, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment.
- Communicate strategies, results, and needs to stakeholders/leadership.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
