Job Title: Marketing Team Lead (Marketplace Focus)

Location: Tirupur -Hybrid if required
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can wear two hats—Scrum Master and Marketing Team Lead—with a strong focus on marketplace-driven growth. This role combines Agile leadership with hands-on digital and marketplace marketing execution, especially across platforms like Amazon and eBay.

Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals
• Coach and guide the team on Agile and Scrum principles
• Promote continuous improvement and accountability within the team
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed across marketing initiatives

Marketing Team Lead (Marketplace Focus) Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketing efforts across online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Develop and execute strategies to drive marketplace growth, product listings, and advertising
• Optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and customer experience
• Manage marketplace-specific SEO, paid ads, promotions, and content optimization
• Use data and analytics (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, reports) to drive decisions
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and logistics teams
• Mentor and guide the marketing team toward performance-driven outcomes

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace marketing
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations and ads
• Experience with Agile Marketing frameworks
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace insights
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
