- Complete assigned training tasks within deadlines.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Assist in keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
- Support off-page activities like backlinks, directory submissions, and blog outreach.
- Social Media Management
- Help in creating, scheduling, and managing posts across platforms (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Track engagement and suggest improvements.
- Content Support
- Assist in drafting social media captions, ad copies, and SEO-friendly blogs.
- Ensure content accuracy and originality.
- Google Tools Usage
- Learn and apply Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads basics.
- Monitor website performance and prepare reports.
- Campaign Assistance
- Support the team in executing email, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
- Track performance metrics for ongoing campaigns.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain daily/weekly work reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly performance reports (SEO ranking, traffic, leads).
- Market Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Suggest fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
- Coordination & Team Support
- Work closely with seniors, designers, and developers for project execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams.
- Professional Growth & Proactiveness
- Take initiative in learning new tools (Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Contribute innovative strategies for better digital performance.
