Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students in various digital marketing tools, strategies, and platforms. The trainer will be responsible for curriculum delivery, hands-on training, and ensuring students gain practical and industry-relevant digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:Training & Delivery:
- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on digital marketing topics such as:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Google Ads)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Google Analytics
- Affiliate Marketing
- Mobile Marketing
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and focused on practical skills.
Curriculum & Content Development:
- Assist in designing and updating course content, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and certifications.
- Customize content to align with industry needs and student levels.
Assessment & Evaluation:
- Assess student performance through projects, tests, and assignments.
- Provide regular feedback and mentorship to help students improve.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
Industry Exposure:
- Share real-world digital marketing case studies, tools, and campaign strategies.
- Guide students in building digital portfolios and executing live campaigns or internships.
Team Support:
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure student success.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and events as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are preferred.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of industry experience in digital marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or training (preferred, not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for beginner to advanced learners.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, content creation tools, and online teaching platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
