About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and energetic Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, along with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Instruction
- Deliver instructor-led digital marketing training (online/offline).
- Teach foundational and advanced topics such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Web Analytics, etc.
- Conduct practical, tool-based sessions using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, WordPress, etc.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and case studies.
Curriculum & Content Development
- Design and refine course modules as per industry trends.
- Create hands-on projects, assessments, and real-world simulations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, algorithms, and best practices.
Learner Support
- Guide students through practical exercises and campaigns.
- Provide feedback, evaluate performance, and support learners in building portfolios.
- Assist students in preparing for certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records.
- Coordinate with academic or corporate teams to plan schedules and assessments.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video campaigns)
- Social Media Marketing (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Content Strategy & Copywriting
- Email Marketing & Automation Tools
- Google Analytics / GA4
- WordPress / CMS basics
- Canva / Creative tools
Professional Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners.
- Strong classroom management and engagement skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Previous training or teaching experience is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, SEMrush) are a plus.
