We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Trainer who is passionate about education and staying ahead of the digital curve. You won’t just be lecturing; you’ll be mentoring. Your goal is to transform complex digital concepts into actionable skills through hands-on training, real-world case studies, and interactive workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Lead comprehensive training sessions covering SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics.
- Content Development: Design and update course modules, presentations, and practical assignments to reflect the latest industry trends (including AI in marketing).
- Mentorship: Guide students through "Live Projects," helping them build portfolios that stand out to employers.
- Assessment: Evaluate student progress through mock tests, practical evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Stay Updated: Keep a pulse on algorithm changes (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to ensure our training remains cutting-edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of core experience in Digital Marketing; prior training or teaching experience is a major plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Canva.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to explain technical jargon in simple, relatable terms.
- Certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
