Job Overview
NAIXOL is seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our growing training and incubation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-relevant digital marketing training, mentoring students, and preparing them with practical skills required by modern businesses and freelance markets.

The trainer should have strong practical experience in digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and modern marketing tools, along with the ability to teach and mentor students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs aligned with industry and market requirements.
• Conduct interactive training sessions covering key digital marketing domains such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Digital Analytics.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to trainees to support their learning and career development.
• Train students on campaign creation and management across digital platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising networks.
• Guide participants in freelancing and real-world digital marketing projects.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to integrate the latest marketing strategies into the training modules.

Required Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with the following tools and platforms:

• SEO Tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Keyword Planner)
• Google Ads & PPC Campaign Management
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising)
• Social Media Marketing & Management Tools
• WordPress Website Management
• Content Writing & Blogging Strategies
• Email Marketing Platforms
• Canva / Basic Creative Tools
• Google Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
• Prior teaching or training experience will be highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
