Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer (Tamil) with 4–5 years of hands-on industry and training experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of delivering concepts clearly in Tamil, and skilled in practical digital marketing tools and strategies. Candidates based in or familiar with the Tamil Nadu market are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions in Tamil on digital marketing concepts
• Train students on practical tools including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics
• Design course content, training materials, assignments, and real-time projects
• Conduct hands-on workshops, case studies, and live campaign demonstrations
• Track student progress and provide feedback, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Support students with career guidance, interview preparation, and portfolio development
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to improve training quality

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of:
• SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Marketing & Email Marketing
• Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools
• Excellent teaching and presentation skills in Tamil
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing training or industry
• Experience training students, interns, or professionals
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing (added advantage)
• Experience working with students from Tamil Nadu is highly preferred
