Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Tutor with more than 5 years of combined teaching and industry experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing and capable of training students through live projects, real-world case studies, and advanced AI-powered tools. In addition to training, the candidate will contribute to managing company digital campaigns and enhancing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Training
- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and live sessions on SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, PPC, and Influencer Marketing.
- Design, update, and maintain the curriculum in line with industry trends.
- Provide practical training with live projects, campaign execution, and case studies.
- Mentor students on projects, assignments, and career preparation.
2. Industry & Tools Expertise
- Stay updated with AI-driven marketing tools and technologies.
- Train students in automation, analytics, and data-driven strategies.
- Demonstrate use of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and Canva AI.
3. Project Handling & Company Contribution
- Manage and optimize IIST’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Contribute to strengthening the company’s brand presence through innovative digital strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage live projects.
4. Student Engagement & Outcomes
- Inspire students to achieve measurable results in their campaigns.
- Assess performance, provide feedback, and track learning outcomes.
- Support placement activities and guide students to be job-ready.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years (combined teaching and industry experience).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Expertise in:
- SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing, Content Marketing.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics tools.
- AI-driven tools for automation, campaign management, and content generation.
- Proven experience in executing and managing live campaigns.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of branding, online reputation management, and growth marketing.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer/Faculty.
- Hands-on expertise in AI-powered digital marketing workflows.
- Strong portfolio of successful campaigns with proven results in lead generation and social media growth.
