Responsibilities

• Assist with business development and creation of online branding and content
• Create engaging content and target marketing for brand online marketing website and social media (instagram, pinterest, facebook, linkedin, tiktok) to help with business development and leads
• Proficient in graphic design (canva), instagram, fb, linkedin, and social media, other programs like CapCut and video creators, AI generation and prompting, video editing, animation and story-telling through visuals
• Create content to attract and identify potential business leads and clients
• Research and stay updated with social media changes and report changes to Company
• Assist with social media campaigns & newsletters
• Utilize apps for optimization
• Review social media analytics to see performance
• Identify strategic media relationships & new creative media strategies
• Build new alliances with potential media outlets to increase publicity

REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Technical Skills:

AI Image Generation & Prompting

• Experience using (Google Labs) for AI image generation (understanding subject, style, seed inputs, and prompt-based scene creation).
• Strong prompt-writing skills using to generate detailed and specific scene descriptions.
• Ability to refine prompts to achieve realistic, brand-aligned visuals (product placements, lifestyle scenes, model integration, etc.).
• Understanding of how to incorporate existing product photography from Google Drive into AI workflows.

AI Animation Tools

• Experience with for animating still images into short video clips.
• Familiarity with (credit-based platform) for generating motion from AI images.
• Understanding of credit-based AI systems and workflow efficiency.

Video Editing

• Proficiency in CapCut for assembling, editing, adding transitions, timing, and finalizing short-form videos.

Additional Skills

• Strong visual direction and creative eye for product styling.
• Ability to work from a shared content sheet and Drive folder system
• Interested in branding, digital marketing, business development, communications, market analytics
• Business-oriented & focused
• Interest or experience in digital marketing, communications, marketing, social media and business development preferred
• Reviews social media analytics and adjusts campaigns accordingly

• RELIABLE- ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK, WORK AT FAST PACE, MEET DEADLINES AND STAY IN COMMUNICATION WITH CEO
• Proficient in Canva, video apps (CapCut, etc), Adobe Creative Suite and iMovie (or any video editing software), MAC proficient, but not required
• Proficient in researching and staying updated with social media changes
• Independent worker who can also work collaboratively with the team
