LEA is a boutique plastic surgery and aesthetic practice in Newport Beach, known for combining artistry, precision, and advanced technology to deliver natural, timeless results. We are growing our in-house team and seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Website Manager who can oversee our online presence and elevate our brand voice across platforms.

Role Overview

This role is perfect for a creative marketer with strong technical and aesthetic sensibilities. You’ll manage our website and social media in-house, ensuring our digital identity reflects our luxury, minimal, and refined brand ethos.

Responsibilities

Website Management:

*Update and maintain website (WordPress/Squarespace/Shopify).

*Optimize pages for SEO and user experience.

*Coordinate with developers/designers if needed for advanced builds.

Social Media & Content Creation:

*Plan, create, and schedule content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, WeChat).

*Capture and edit short-form videos and photos in line with brand aesthetics.

*Write compelling, brand-aligned captions and copy.

*Track analytics and engagement to refine strategy.

Brand & Marketing:

*Collaborate with the practice owner to translate vision into campaigns.

*Design email newsletters, promotions, and branded graphics (Canva, Adobe Suite).

*Ensure consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels.

Requirements

*2+ years of digital marketing or content creation experience (medical aesthetics, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred).

*Proficiency with website platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify).

*Strong grasp of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and short-form video editing.

*Eye for aesthetics, composition, and design.

*Excellent written communication skills.

*Photography and video editing skills are a plus.

Base Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
