Digital Marketing & WordPress Assistant (Female)

Job Responsibilities:

Website & WordPress Management

• Update, edit, and maintain website pages using WordPress.
• Create and publish landing pages, banners, and product pages.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and fix minor layout issues.
• Upload and optimize images, videos, and other media.
• Monitor website performance and coordinate technical fixes when required.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Assist in creating marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Support product postings, brochures, and internal communications.
• Perform basic SEO tasks (titles, meta descriptions, keywords, alt text).
• Assist with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite postings.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on branding, campaigns, and digital initiatives.

General Marketing Support

• Conduct competitor research and collect industry insights.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
• Support events, exhibitions, and product promotions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing Intern, or WordPress Administrator.
• Proficiency in WordPress (MANDATORY).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
