Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of multiple digital channels, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social ads) to drive traffic and conversions
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and ad platforms
• Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
• Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and development teams for integrated campaigns
• Manage social media accounts and oversee content planning and posting
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track and report on KPIs such as ROI, conversions, CTR, and engagement

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and audience targeting
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
• Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or other relevant platforms

• Shift: Morning, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Working days)
• Compensation & Benefits: PKR 70,000 per month plus, along with lunch and tea, plus flexible working hours.
