Digital Marketing Executive – Job Description

Develops and executes data‑driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display to boost brand visibility, traffic, and conversions. Works hand‑in‑hand with content, design, product, and sales teams to align every initiative with business goals.

Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning & Execution – Define objectives, target audiences, and channel mix; launch and monitor campaigns from ideation to optimization. ¹

- Channel Expertise – Manage SEO audits, keyword research, on‑page/off‑page optimization, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and email newsletters. ²

- Performance Analysis – Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools to track KPIs, ROI, and user behavior; run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to refine tactics. 

- Content & Creative Collaboration – Partner with creators and designers to produce engaging copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand voice and drive conversions. ³

- Social Media Management – Build and schedule posts, monitor community interactions, and grow follower bases while tracking engagement metrics. 

- Lead Generation & Conversion – Optimize funnels, lead‑capture forms, and email workflows to nurture prospects and increase sales. 

- Budget & Vendor Oversight – Allocate spend across channels, negotiate with media agencies, and ensure cost‑effective ROI. ⁴

- Trend & Technology Vigilance – Stay current with emerging platforms, algorithm updates, and best‑practice tools to keep strategies fresh. 

- Reporting & Insight Sharing – Deliver regular performance reports to leadership and cross‑functional partners, highlighting successes and actionable recommendations. 

Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a plus. ⁵

- Experience: 1‑3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, social, email, content creation). 

- Technical Proficiency: SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email service providers, and basic HTML/CSS. 

- Analytical & Creative: Strong data‑analysis ability, critical thinking, and creative storytelling for diverse digital assets. 

- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written/verbal skills; comfortable coordinating with design, product, sales, and external vendors. 

- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
