Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions across various platforms. Your creativity and analytical skills will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role will also handle the design and production of sales collateral, media kits, and digital ads to support both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets including sales flyers, media kits, digital ads, and social graphics.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across AdButler, WordPress, and social platforms.
  • Oversee contest execution with our third-party platform, ensuring timelines, creative assets, and prize fulfillment are managed.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to support newsletters, digital editions, and web content with optimized graphics.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4, Mailchimp, and social insights; provide weekly analytics updates.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all platforms and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison with external vendors or agencies for SEO, paid ads, or technical support.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility and improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimize existing content.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
  • Oversee Google Ads and SEM strategies to maximize ROI on advertising spend.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the content team for effective content creation that resonates with target audiences.
  • Utilize WordPress for website management and updates, ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools for efficiency.
  • Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, for promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management.
  • Proficiency in SEO, conversion optimization, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google AdWords, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is essential.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL are preferred for technical implementation of campaigns.
  • Background in graphic design is a plus; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and e-commerce principles is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,006.33 - $54,201.18 per year
