Empowering Success Now (ESN) is a nonprofit organization based in Fontana dedicated to motivating, educating, and empowering sustainable success for youth and adults. We provide career readiness programs, academic support, and community resources to help individuals reach their full potential.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Media and Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of our digital presence. This person will manage our social media platforms, design engaging digital content, update our website, record and edit videos, and ensure all ESN online materials reflect our mission and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create, design, and post high-quality content including graphics, videos, and stories
• Record, edit, and produce short videos for marketing, events, and community impact
• Write creative and engaging captions aligned with ESN’s voice and goals
• Redesign and maintain the ESN website to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and visual appeal
• Design digital and print flyers for programs, events, and campaigns
• Track engagement, insights, and growth analytics for reporting and improvement
• Collaborate with program staff to promote events and community initiatives
• Stay updated on social media trends and nonprofit marketing best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience managing social media, web content, or multimedia production
• Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator), or similar tools
• Experience with WordPress, Wix, or other web design platforms
• Excellent photography and videography skills
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with nonprofits or community-based organizations
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Graphic design or branding experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
