Digital Media Coordinator, Brand Studio

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Digital Media Coordinator, Brand Studio position is a Full time, Regular position.

  • Assist in the digital media distribution process.
  • Work in tandem with our project showrunner and content strategist to execute projects from beginning to completion.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to help in the decision-making process for the implementation of new projects or initiatives.
  • Participate in group ideation sessions to nail down content strategies and ideas.
  • Break down strategies and ideas into actionable pieces of content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube such as posts, stories, videos, landing pages, etc...
  • Manage social media budget allocation and maintain distribution within scope of work (SOW).
  • Upload digital assets to their respective social media channels and track progress.
  • Optimize social media assets and distribution strategies to ensure the best performance.
  • Measure, document, and report social media results.
  • Assist team in all production tasks to push the project through to completion.
  • Work as a team player with all the support areas within the departments.
  • Notify team members of proposal approval and kick off the production process.
  • Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree: BBA with Major in Marketing; Communications or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, including content creation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, inclusion and empowerment skills.
  • Ability to work transparently in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Strong skills using Project Management Tools: Monday.com / Automations, Basecamp, Google Calendar
  • Strong skills managing Content Management platforms: Squarespace and Google Docs
  • Strong skills managing social media platforms: Facebook Creator Studio, Youtube Studio, Instagram, Twitter, Google
  • Strong skills managing photo editing tools: Canva.com, Adobe Lightroom, basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience utilizing reporting tools: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Insights, Corporate Reporting Tools
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and make rapid decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency with the Internet, mobile technology, and social media.
  • Ability to work under pressure with perseverance.
  • Analytical mindset and broad general knowledge.
  • Up-to-date understanding of the local and international news landscape.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bilingual (writing, conversational and reading comprehension in English and Spanish).

Pay: $31,000.00 per year
