Digital Media Intern

Erie Preparatory Academy, a Christian international boarding school with a strong academic and athletic reputation, is seeking a Social Media Intern to support its growing online presence. This position is ideal for a creative and motivated individual who enjoys capturing and sharing stories through photos and videos.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of school events, games, and campus life.
• Edit media content for use on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Travel with teams to games and events to document experiences (per diem provided).
• Work closely with the Academy’s communications team to develop engaging content that reflects Erie Prep’s mission and community.
• Assist with scheduling, posting, and analyzing social media performance.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Erie, PA.
• Strong skills in photography and videography.
• Experience with media editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar).
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends required for games or events.
• Owns reliable transportation.

• Must be able to complete a background check
• Must be willing to work with students
• Must have experience with sports media

Internship Details

• Part-time internship with flexible hours.
• Per diem provided for travel with teams.
• Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media production, content creation, and sports/education communications.
