Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Media Intern to support our digital marketing and content initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in digital platforms, content planning, and performance analysis while contributing to brand growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing digital media and social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Support content creation, editing, scheduling, and publishing across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Help monitor and manage daily social media activities and audience interactions.
• Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
• Conduct research on current digital trends, competitors, and platform updates.
• Support content monetization initiatives and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of digital projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently in progress) in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in digital media, social media management, or marketing; fresh graduates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of digital media KPIs, analytics, performance tracking, and current industry trends.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
