Digital Media Marketing Expert (LinkedIn + HubSpot + Social) — Remote (Pakistan) | Night Shift

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 250,000 / month (based on experience/results)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT | Saturday: 3.5 hours | Remote

Role Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Media Marketing Expert to drive growth primarily through LinkedIn, HubSpot, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and market research—with clear focus on leads, demos, and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities (Short)

LinkedIn (Top Priority)

  • Own LinkedIn strategy and growth for company page (and optional founder/leadership profiles).
  • Create a content calendar, write/publish posts, drive engagement and inbound interest.
  • Run LinkedIn Ads when needed and optimize with data.

HubSpot (Required)

  • Manage HubSpot end-to-end: forms, landing pages, lists, workflows, email sequences, nurturing, reporting.
  • Track funnel performance (MQL → SQL → demo → pipeline) and improve conversion rates.

Meta + Other Social Channels

  • Run Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) including retargeting and lookalikes.
  • Support content/performance on other channels as needed (YouTube/X).
  • Create and test creatives/copy (Canva or similar) to improve CPL/CPA.

Market Research + Messaging

  • Research competitors, audiences, and market trends to sharpen positioning and campaign messaging.

Website Content (Supportive)

  • Improve landing pages/website content for conversion and clarity; WordPress preferred.

Analytics

  • Set up tracking (pixels, events, UTMs) and provide weekly performance insights + action plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing (or equivalent experience).
  • HubSpot expertise is required (automation + CRM + reporting).
  • Strong LinkedIn marketing experience; LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Proven Meta/Facebook campaign experience.
  • Strong writing + market research skills.
  • Portfolio/proof of results required (campaign outcomes, LinkedIn samples, HubSpot workflows/funnels).
