Position Purpose
Viventium Software is seeking an innovative and data-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth and optimizing lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency through performance-driven digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, analytics, and creativity. You will own the performance of our digital channels, support operations with lead intake within our marketing technology stack, oversee vendor and media relationships, and continuously identify opportunities to scale pipeline impact through advanced reporting, AI-powered tools, and automation.
Key Objectives
- Develop and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates
- Optimize marketing technology & operations
- Manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) and improve workflows, integrations, and automation
- Improve website performance
- Monitor and enhance website experience, landing page conversions, and lead capture using GA4 and Looker Studio insights
- Enhance SEO & GEO programs
- Implement strategies to improve organic visibility, increase qualified traffic, and optimize GEO campaigns
Manage analytics, reporting & budgets
- Own dashboards, track KPIs, manage digital budgets, and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency
- Oversee vendor & media relationships
Manage agencies, publishers, and advertising partners to maximize campaign performance and ROI
- Innovate with emerging tools & AI
- Research, test, and adopt new technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance personalization, automation, and campaign efficiency
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other paid media platforms.
Manage end-to-end campaign strategy, targeting, execution, and optimization to drive pipeline growth and lead quality.
Collaborate with segment marketing teams, creative, and sales teams to deliver relevant, high-performing campaigns.
- Marketing Technology & Operations
Proficient working within and across the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Google Suite, GA4, Looker Studio, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Ensure seamless integrations and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Research, evaluate, and implement emerging tools and AI-driven capabilities to improve campaign performance and reporting.
- Website & SEO/GEO Optimization
Partner with internal and external teams to improve website performance and conversion rate optimization.
Drive improvements in SEO and GEO strategies to expand reach and improve qualified traffic.
Use Looker Studio and GA4 to monitor site performance, user behavior, and goal completions.
- Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management
Build and maintain robust dashboards in Looker Studio, HubSpot and GA4 to track KPIs, campaign ROI, and pipeline impact.
Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocations, and vendor invoices.
Analyze performance data to continuously optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and lead conversion.
- Vendor & Media Management
Manage relationships with key media vendors, publishers, and advertising partners.
Collaborate with agencies on planning and execution of paid campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and performance alignment.
Research and recommend new strategic partnerships to maximize channel impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Segment Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure digital efforts align with overall go-to-market strategies.
Serve as the digital subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on performance strategies, tools, and results.
- Special Projects
Lead initiatives to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-based tools for personalization, automation, and campaign optimization.
Support special marketing programs, such as product launches, demand generation initiatives, and industry-specific campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented thinker – with an ability to proactively identify, develop and resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes, reporting and relationships with vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High EQ, team player, self-starter, with an ability to multitask and stay highly organized
- Working knowledge of marketing automation solutions/practices
Proficiency in HubSpot (marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations)
Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid platforms
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and data visualization best practices
Experience with SEO, GEO, and conversion rate optimization strategies
Highly skilled at managing digital budgets and vendor relationships
Strong analytical and reporting abilities with a proven track record of improving lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
- Knowledge of emerging AI marketing tools and passion for adopting innovative technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a comprehensive marketing technology stack across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs integrated with HubSpot
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management experience
- Background in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or payroll/compliance software
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution
