Digital Media Marketing Specialist

Dr. Sara Medical Center is a leading medical and aesthetic center in Deira Dubai, offering advanced Dental, Dermatology, and Aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Media Specialist to join our growing team and elevate our online presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Post daily stories and engaging content
• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns (META Ads Manager)
• Develop marketing strategies to increase leads and bookings
• Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos (Reels, promotional videos, before/after content)
• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI
• Coordinate with doctors and staff for content creation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
• Strong knowledge of META (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
• Video shooting and editing
• Creative mindset with understanding of trends
• Experience in medical, dental or aesthetic field is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
