Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Media Manager to manage and grow our dental clinic’s online presence. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and supporting the clinic team in converting social media leads into patient appointments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, create, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and generate regular performance reports.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
Content Creation & Design
- Create engaging designs, posters, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Design content for daily/weekly social media posts, stories, ads, and promotions.
Video Production
- Shoot high-quality videos for social media, including reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Capture patient review/testimonial videos (with consent) and clinic walkthroughs.
- Edit videos for different platforms, ensuring platform-specific formats and trends are followed.
Lead Management & Coordination
- Track and manage leads generated through social media and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Support the front-desk or sales team with lead details, campaign insights, and follow-up strategies.
Brand Growth & Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, especially in healthcare and dental marketing.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve online engagement and patient acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Media Manager / Social Media Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video shooting and editing skills (mobile or camera-based).
- Basic understanding of lead management and CRM/follow-up processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
