Willow Lake Day Camp is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Media & Photo Editing Coordinator to manage the daily workflow of camp photography. This role focuses on photo editing, organization, and digital media management rather than taking photos yourself.
Working closely with our team of camp photographers, you will review, edit, organize, and prepare photos to be shared with families through our parent communication platform and on social media. Through the photos you manage and publish, you’ll help showcase the energy, friendships, and memorable moments that make camp so special.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested and experienced in photo editing, digital media, marketing, or communications who wants hands-on experience managing real-time visual content in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive photos from camp photographers throughout the camp day
- Upload and organize images within our internal photo management and parent communication systems
- Review and quality-check a high volume of photos
- Perform photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
- Apply edits such as color correction, exposure balancing, cropping, and other adjustments as needed
- Organize photos into appropriate group and activity folders
- Proof and prepare daily photo galleries before they are released to families
- Select standout images that capture camp spirit for social media
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure images meet camp standards
Qualifications
- Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop required
- Familiarity with photo management systems, content management platforms, or digital asset management tools is a plus.
- Ability to efficiently review and manage a high volume of images
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Portfolio or examples of editing work required

- June 22-August 14th (must be available ALL camp dates)
- Monday–Friday; 8:30am-3:30pm
