Based in Sarasota, Florida, we provide rigorous training through our Apprentice Program, workshops, and online courses where students study classical painting and drawing using time-honored techniques. Our mission is to make high quality fine art education accessible to aspiring artists while fostering the next generation of representational artists.

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and technically skilled Digital Media & Production Coordinator to manage our digital production operations. This eclectic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative educational environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll be responsible for maintaining our website, producing high-quality livestream classes from our on-site Zoom studio, managing our digital community channels, and creating compelling video content and marketing materials for our growing academy.

Responsibilities

Website Management (Squarespace)

• Update and maintain website content including videos, calendar, product listings, and course descriptions.
• manage e-commerce elements and product pages
• Ensure site functionality and user experience optimization.

Livestream Production & Technical Operations

• Operate our on-premises Zoom studio for live and recorded classes
• Manage multi-camera setups and video switching using ATEM Mini Pro
• Configure and optimize OBS Studio for high quality recording and streaming
• Handle audio setup and microphone management
• Optimize Zoom settings for large meetings and high-quality streaming experiences

Video Editing & Postproduction

• Edit recorded class sessions using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Prepare video content for distribution on our website and YouTube Channel
• Ensure professional quality and consistency across all video materials.

Community & Social Media Management

• Operate and moderate Discord servers and channels for student communication
• upload and organize classwork materials for student access
• Create and curate engaging social media content for Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
• Develop marketing materials incorporating video content
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

Required

• Proficiency with Squarespace or similar website platforms
• Strong technical knowledge of livestream production equipment and software
• OBS Studio (or similar recording/streaming software) Video switchers (ATEM Mini Pro or similar) multi-camera setups and audio equipment
• Deep familiarity with Zoom, including large meeting management and streaming optimization
• Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with Discord server management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

• Experience in educational or arts-focused organizations
• Background in video production or content creation
• Graphic design skills
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Familiarity with classical art or art education.

Work Environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
