Job Description: Digital Media Specialist
We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Media Specialist to manage and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong skills in videography, video editing, and graphic design with expertise in digital marketing and content creation. This role requires both technical proficiency and creative vision to produce engaging multimedia content that strengthens brand identity and drives audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation & Multimedia*
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for campaigns, events, and social media.
- Design compelling graphics, layouts, and digital assets for web, social, and print.
- Develop multimedia content (videos, animations, infographics, and motion graphics) tailored to target audiences.
* Social Media & Campaigns*
- Manage and update company social media channels with engaging visuals and video content.
- Execute digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
* Digital Marketing & SEO*
- Collaborate with HOD align creative assets with campaign goals.
- Optimize content for search engines and digital platforms.
- Track analytics and provide insights to improve digital strategies.
* Event & Brand Support*
- Capture and edit video/photo content for company events, product launches, and activations.
- Design event-related digital materials (presentations, backdrops, digital displays).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and multimedia outputs.
* Collaboration & Innovation*
- Work closely with HOD to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in video production, editing software, and digital design.
- Suggest innovative approaches to enhance digital storytelling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital media production and marketing.
- Proficiency in videography (camera operation, lighting, audio recording).
- Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Expertise in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A creative portfolio showcasing video, editing, and design work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED20.00 per day
