Digital Media Trainee / Interns (Experienced)

Job Summary:
The Digital Media Trainee / Intern will play an active role in executing social media and digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will assist in content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking while working closely with the marketing team to build brand awareness and improve online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Research digital trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce quality visuals and captions.

Job Requirements:

• 3–6 months of experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, algorithms, and marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) will be a plus.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.

Work Mode: 2 days WFH & 3 days Onsite
