Digital Media & Video Production Intern

We are in the process of scaling our innovative app, expanding our media presence, and growing our national footprint. This is an exciting moment for someone who wants hands-on experience with a fast-moving nonprofit startup that blends community impact with modern digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

· Edit long-form video content (podcasts, interviews, events) into short-form clips for social platforms

· Create engaging vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and Facebook

· Add captions, subtitles, music, branding elements, and sponsor logos

· Assist with thumbnails, opening hooks, and visual storytelling

· Organize raw footage and finished assets in shared folders

· Collaborate with leadership on content ideas and campaign goals

· Help develop reusable templates for ongoing social content

· Support promotional videos for events, sponsors, and launches

Qualifications:

· Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)

· Comfortable editing for social media formats and trends

· Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling

· Organized and reliable with deadlines

· Able to take direction and creative feedback

· Interest in nonprofit work, startups, media, or digital marketing
