Purpose
Support all visitors to the digital channels by offering the best browsing experience throughout the IKEA range. Contributing actively to attract and convert more consumers to customers and encourage existing customers to shop more frequently by using home furnishing competence and digital skills.
Accountabilities

Responsible for planning and keeping all product listing pages optimized according to the ProductChangeDate (PCD) and commercial priorities and activities.

Optimize the layout on the product listing pages, show width and depth of the IKEA range to support the seasonality and commercial priorities while simplifying the buying process.

Follow up the performance of the digital merchandising by measuring the engagement on the pages. Sales follow-up (HFB, PA, Articles/SPR).

Contribute to the briefing of the content process supporting the digital customer experience, with knowledge of the IKEA range and market relevancy.

Contribute to conversion optimization by sharing recommendations with the sales leaders, for example for add-on sales and cross-selling.

Understand the market and monitor the competitors, looking for new range presentation techniques and features.

Share insights with key stakeholders in Service Office and the global matrix on how to improve the Omni channel IKEA customer experience.

Actively merchandise the range on the digital channels, review product sales performance and react accordingly to ensure sales growth.

Ensure the digital visitors can search, find, choose and buy products range in an optimal way and sales steer accordingly.

Ensure that sales online are in alignment with commercial calendar goals, and adjust actions to promote the target range using A/B testing and heatmapping to find optimal methods.

Work closely with digital commercial editor to secure product range and inspirational alignment.

Keep track of developments in web technology and benchmark our competitors.
Qualifications and Experiences

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration any related field.

3 years of experience in in e-commerce, digital range, or similar role
-
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Experience of taking commercial decisions based on market and digital knowledge

Experience of online business, digital media, and digital marketing techniques

Experience of working in a retail environment

Experience in digital range presentation techniques
