We are looking for a Digital Operations Executive to manage end-to-end content workflows, including full track ingestion, contract lifecycle management, digital content delivery, and technical issue resolution. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a blend of technical skills and media handling expertise to ensure timely and accurate content delivery across platforms and partners.
Responsibilities

Manage Full track content ingestion in database and uploading them on the portal.

Handle contracts management - content expiry and renewals.

Digital music content delivery across platforms like Spotify, Anghami, iTunes, Deezer, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Ensure timely resolve technical errors and trouble shoot server side issue, load balance, time out and error due to any technical failure in client server model.

Basic knowledge about SFTP and file transfer protocol.

Knowledge about public and private keys encryption.

Test and support new digital applications, features and feedback - User Acceptance Test.

Knowledge on using image, audio and video formatting tools for changing the specifications such as bit rate, sample rate and picture dimensions.

Analysis and validation of sales reports, fill the missing information by coordinate with internal teams and upload to ERP system.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Hyperlink, Concatenation, Trim etc.).

Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Familiarity with data processing, file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTP), and basic media formatting.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
