We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Operations & Social Media Coordinator to support the company's online operations, digital platforms, and social media activities. This role combines social media management, website updates, e-commerce support, and general digital operations assistance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning different software systems and supporting various departments with online tools and digital workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company social media accounts.
- Assist with content posting, promotions, and online marketing.
- Update website content, product listings, and basic graphics.
- Support Shopify, auction platforms, and e-commerce systems.
- Assist with digital tools, AI tools, and internal software systems.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding online operations.
- Help organize product information, images, and marketing materials.
- Support basic troubleshooting for software and system-related issues.
- Maintain organized digital records and operational data.
- Assist with other digital and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Xiaohongshu
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or website operations
- Comfortable learning new software systems and online tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills required
- English required; Mandarin preferred
- Experience with Shopify, Canva, ChatGPT, AI tools, or digital platforms is a plus
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
