Digital & Performance Marketing Executive (On-Site)

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 / month
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays off)

We are hiring a Digital & Performance Marketing Executive to manage social media marketing, content planning, influencer campaigns, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in growing online engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across all social media platforms
• Oversee studio operations, content creation, and marketing calendars
• Handle influencer collaborations and event marketing
• Monitor performance and prepare marketing reports and analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital & performance marketing
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Strong communication and creative skills
