Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist (With Website Development)

Job Summary

Catalyst Group is hiring a results driven marketer who knows how to build funnels, run high-ROI ads, and develop/optimise websites. If you can’t execute fast, don’t apply. We want someone who owns the numbers : CPL, CAC, ROAS , not someone who hides behind excuses.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimise Meta/Google/YouTube ads
• Build high-converting landing pages & websites (WordPress/Webflow/Shopify)
• Manage tracking: GA4, GTM, pixels
• Lead generation + retargeting funnels
• SEO + technical improvements
• Create creatives, ad copies & A/B tests
• Daily performance reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience managing ₹10L–₹50L+ ad budgets
• Strong website development skills
• Deep understanding of funnels & CRO
• Strong analytics, copywriting & creative sense
• Fast execution and ownership mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
