Kirad Matrimony is seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Platform Director to lead the development, optimization, and growth of our digital platform. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless user experience, driving platform engagement, and aligning digital initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and management of the digital platform
• Oversee platform performance, user experience, and feature enhancements
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Analyze user data and behavior to drive improvements and growth
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and reliability
• Manage digital projects, timelines, and resources
• Develop and implement strategies to increase user acquisition and retention
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Digital Media, or related field
• Proven experience in digital platform management or product leadership roles
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital product development
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Strong communication and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online platforms, matchmaking services, or social platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing and growth strategies
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience with data-driven decision-making
