JRole: Digital Platforms Lead or Web & Digital Systems Executive
Job Brief
We are seeking creative and technically skilled professions to manage our digital platforms and enhance the digital presence of our schools and nurseries. This role involves ensuring website updates, creating digital content, managing social media channels and ads, improving online lead generation, and ensuring seamless integration between digital enquiries and the school’s MIS/CRM. You will work closely with the school leadership, admissions, and marketing teams to support student recruitment and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and update all school websites, ensuring accuracy, usability, and consistent branding.
- Produce high-quality digital content, including social media posts, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Provide coverage of school events (photos, videos, live updates) for timely social media posting.
- Plan, run, and monitor social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
- Track, analyse, and report on digital performance—website traffic, social media analytics, lead flow, campaign ROI, and audience engagement.
- Improve SEO performance to increase organic reach and website visibility.
- Manage online enquiries and ensure seamless integration with the school MIS/CRM system.
- Support the Admissions and Marketing teams with digital campaigns, landing pages, and lead-nurturing funnels.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for website updates, digital ads, or design requirements.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on digital trends, new social media features, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, IT, graphic design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or multimedia content creation.
- Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Experience managing and optimising social media ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Solid understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience with CRM/MIS systems and digital enquiry integration (HubSpot, Zoho, iSAMS, etc.).
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with admissions and marketing teams.
