Role Title: Digital PR & Outreach Specialist

Role Summary
You will be responsible for earning high-authority, niche-relevant backlinks through digital PR, outreach, journalist pitching, resource page placements, guest posting, and contextual insertions. This role focuses on safe, sustainable link building across multiple brands while improving domain authority and organic visibility.
Your work must follow white-hat, high-quality, relevance-focused link acquisition standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily / Weekly Tasks
- Pitch journalists, bloggers, editors, publishers, niche websites, and industry-relevant platforms (HARO, Qwoted, PressPlugs, email outreach, prospecting lists).
- Build and maintain outreach pipelines across:
- Academic publications
- Business/industry sites
- High-quality blogs
- EDU-related resources (when possible)
- General authority sites with topical relevance
- Secure 12-15 high-quality backlinks per month, focusing on relevance + authority.
- Maintain a consistent backlink distribution across assigned websites (SEO strategist will define monthly distribution).
- Build prospect lists for guest posts and link insertions.
- Collaborate on linkable assets (tools, reports, data-driven posts).
- Ensure links have appropriate anchor text, correct URL placement, and remain live long-term.
- Maintain & update a live link tracker with DR, anchor text, URL, and date.
- Avoid all spam, PBNs, auto-approve sites, AI farms, and low-quality placements.
Link Distribution Expectation
- 6–7 links → Main Brand A
- 5–6 links → Main Brand B
- 1–2 links → Agency/Service Site
Skills Required
- Strong English writing and communication
- Experience in digital PR or link-building outreach
- Familiarity with journalist pitching
- Understanding of SEO, anchor text strategy, and link relevance
- Prospecting experience with Ahrefs / SEMrush / Google search operators
- Negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Fast response times and reliability
- Ability to avoid spam and maintain high editorial quality
Monthly KPIs
- 12–15 high-quality backlinks/month, DR40+ preferred
- 90%+ outreach email deliverability (clean, warmed inbox)
- 75% acceptance rate for identified link prospects
- 0 toxic or irrelevant links
- 100% of links tracked in the reporting sheet
Quality KPIs
- Links must be contextually relevant
- Must avoid irrelevant sites, PBNs, AI-generated sites, spam publications
- Anchors must follow the SEO strategist’s instructions
- Backlinks must stay live for at least 6 months (minimum expectation)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
