We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator & Prepress Technician to join our team. This role focuses on preparing artwork files, operating digital printers, and ensuring top-quality wallpaper production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and preflight artwork files for wallpaper production
• Import, organize, and manage digital print files
• Operate wide-format digital printers
• Set up printers with correct inks, media, and substrates
• Monitor print jobs for color accuracy and overall print quality
• Perform color adjustments and retouching in Photoshop or similar software
• Maintain organized file directories and production workflows
• Perform daily printer cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with trimming, finishing, and quality checks for wallpaper panels
• Evaluate and match colors accurately (strong color vision required)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred but not required
• Experience with wide-format digital printers (preferred, not required)
• Strong color-matching and color-accuracy skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop; Illustrator experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with wallpaper printing or similar production is a plus
• Must pass a color-matching/color-accuracy test before hiring
• Must complete and pass a four-hour paid sample project as part of the hiring process

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Photoshop: 1 year (Required)
• ONYX: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
