The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Digital Print Specialist to own the day-to-day digital printing and related operations of vinyl and poly banners. We’re looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and can keep production moving without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do

· Operate large-format printers (HP Latex or similar) to produce banners and related products

· Set up print jobs, load materials, and ensure correct files and specifications

· Own daily print production output, ensuring jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards

· Maintain consistent throughput while minimizing rework, defects, and material waste

· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on printers to prevent defects and downtime

· Inspect printed materials for quality (color consistency, defects, alignment, and finish) to meet company standards

· Ensure on-time, accurate delivery that protects our customer promise and reputation

· Maintain a safe, organized, clean, and efficient production area

What We’re Looking For

· Experience with HP Latex printers (800 series preferred, including HP830)

· Strong attention to detail and quality standards

· Ability to troubleshoot equipment and solve problems quickly

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

· Team-oriented with a positive, no-ego attitude and strong work ethic

· Ability to lift materials and be on your feet for extended periods

What Sets You Apart

· Experience with banner production, vinyl or signage

· Familiarity with RIP software and color management

· Mechanical aptitude – you’re comfortable adjusting and maintaining equipment

· You take ownership: if something looks off, you fix it
