Digital Producer

On behalf of our client, a media company producing high-quality, value-based video content for digital audiences, we are looking for a Producer. The role is fully remote, in-office collaboration will be minimal.

The Producer is the primary owner of digital-native content production, publishing, and platform performance. This role bridges the gap between production and audience growth, ensuring content reaches the right audiences effectively and performs across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop digital first promotional formats including clips, reels, shorts, trailers, carousels, and other platform native content
  • Act as the digital first and audience focused lead within the team, ensuring content is developed, packaged, and positioned with platform performance and audience engagement in mind
  • Lead the marketing and promotional positioning of each release across digital platforms in collaboration with creative and production teams
  • Conduct audience and platform research to identify content opportunities, audience behaviours, trends, and format recommendations
  • Manage the end to end publishing workflow across YouTube, social media, and podcast platforms
  • Prepare and optimise YouTube uploads, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, tags, end screens, and scheduling
  • Conduct post publishing quality assurance across all platforms and assets
  • Manage podcast publishing and distribution workflows
  • Monitor content performance across platforms, including views, watch time, engagement, retention, and audience feedback
  • Collect and analyse platform insights, translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Execute A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and descriptions to improve click through and retention performance
  • Identify high value moments from long form content for short form distribution
  • Coordinate with Video Editors on clip production, subtitles, captions, and delivery timelines
  • Write or review titles, descriptions, and publishing copy aligned with SEO and platform best practices
  • Coordinate release and promotional plans across channels and formats
  • Support content and format strategy using audience insights, research, and platform performance data

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital content production, social media management, publishing operations, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of YouTube platform mechanics, analytics, SEO, audience behaviour, and digital content trends
  • Experience developing and managing short form and platform native content strategies across multiple platforms
  • Data literate with the ability to interpret analytics, audience insights, and performance data into actionable decisions
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple publishing deadlines
  • Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and publishing workflows
  • Strong understanding of platform specific publishing standards and best practices
  • Audience first mindset with a strong interest in digital community growth and audience engagement
  • Excellent communication and cross functional coordination skills
  • Experience with AI powered creative tools for video and audio production, such as OpenAI Sora, Google Veo, Nano Banana, and ElevenLabs, with an understanding of how AI workflows can support content production, editing, localisation, and creative development
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of Islamic content norms is a strong advantage
  • English proficiency required
