We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee the development and optimization of our website and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end management of Misli’s website and mobile applications, overseeing homepage, navigation, subpages, sales journey, and customer care interfaces,

Define and drive the digital product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market dynamics,

Manage and mentor a team of product owners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture,

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions,

Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, developers, marketing, customer support, and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful digital experiences,

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends,

Oversee the creation of product requirement documents, user stories, and specifications to guide development teams,

Monitor product performance and generate periodic reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations,

Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization,
-
Champion customer-centric design and ensure all product features deliver measurable value and exceptional user experience,

Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility,

Partner with marketing and sales teams to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies,

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and digital product innovations to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred),

Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital product management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role,

Proven experience in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana),

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar,

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills,

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment,
-
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design,
-
Familiarity with software development processes and cross-functional team collaboration.
