ROLE SNAPSHOT —
- Location/Schedule: Hybrid, Cape Coral, FL — Full-Time
- Purpose: Shape and optimize Mercola Market’s digital experience to deepen engagement, elevate site performance, and drive world-class customer journeys.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the digital product roadmap and prioritize high-impact improvements.
- Identify opportunities that enhance customer experience, functionality, and conversion.
- Manage seasonal campaigns, launches, feature modules, and on-site messaging.
- Develop and optimize landing pages, product pages, and promotional experiences.
- Analyze user behavior and KPIs using digital analytics tools.
- Lead A/B tests and experimentation to validate improvements.
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, IT, and CX to deliver aligned experiences.
- Conduct UAT, monitor site performance, and guide troubleshooting.
- Maintain product documentation, workflows, and requirements.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in Product Management, Marketing, UX, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years in digital product management, eCommerce, UX, or similar role.
- Experience contributing to roadmaps and cross-functional digital initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methods and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
