Job Purpose:
Digital Product Sr.Manager drives the product strategy and executes the Business/Customer need by integrating with the Technology/ Engineering Teams. Responsible for driving the digital product definition, requirements, design and delivery of new and/or adaptation of current offerings for markets. He/ she should believe the customer should be at the center of the solution and not the product. The candidate should be passionate to make cutting-edge changes to the way digital experiences are delivered.
Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Leads executive conversations and communications with strong verbal and written skills

Responsible for developing product strategies and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights, and industry trends that support digital strategy.

Responsible for researching and evaluating new digital market concepts / solutions and determining if and how they would best fit into the existing portfolio of services.

Develop & manage strategic roadmaps and identify or evaluate potential solutions that could support an offering

Work with product marketing to launch new-to-market features or products

Work with user research and design to define a concept and document requirements

Works with business partners and foster multidisciplinary collaboration to both create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions

Ensure compliance with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions within own area related to all relevant regulatory directives to promote a safe and risk-free environment.

Ensure that all relevant periodic reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the function’s requirements, policies and standards.
Academic Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in Information Systems or a related field.

8-11 years of experience.
