JOB SUMMARY:
'Rock Entertainment Sports Network' is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Products Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our digital platforms. This role will focus on maintaining the company’s website, ensuring an exceptional user experience, and executing the network’s email marketing strategy to engage audiences and drive retention. The Digital Products Coordinator will collaborate with content, marketing, and technical teams to bring Rock Entertainment’s sports entertainment vision to life online.
The nature of this role requires supporting live broadcasts and other network events, so flexibility with working hours is essential. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-starting professional who is highly organized and has a strong understanding of digital culture and the sports and entertainment broadcast landscape.
** This is an onsite position requiring working in-person at Rocket Arena.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain and update the 'Rock Entertainment Sports Network' website, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage content publishing workflows, including editorial updates, event promotions, schedule changes, and multimedia integration.
- Implement best practices for website optimization to improve performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns from planning and content creation to testing, scheduling, and reporting.
- Build and manage audience segments for targeted email outreach and promotions.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistency and quality across web and email platforms.
- Analyze website and email campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors or developers for technical troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and email marketing best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting consumer-facing websites, either in a digital agency or client-side marketing role.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during live broadcast events.
- Experience with CMSs (WordPress or similar) and ability to perform basic maintenance of digital products.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for content editing and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or GA4.
- Understanding of SEO, responsive design, and UX principles.
- Graphic design and multimedia editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of streaming platforms, live-event digital promotion, or sports media content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for sports and entertainment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
