Job Purpose
The Digital Products Manager will lead APSCO’s marketing technology initiatives — driving digital transformation, enhancing customer experience, and supporting strategic marketing goals through innovation and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the development and enhancement of APSCO’s digital platforms and loyalty programs.
• Use analytics to understand customer behavior, retention, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service to deliver technology-driven engagement solutions.
• Manage digital transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and implement digital strategies that enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Stay current with digital trends and identify new opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing digital products (applications, software, or websites).
• Strong understanding of app development, UX/UI design, CRM, and data analytics.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
