Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager – Marketing
with
8+ years of experience
to lead high-impact marketing programs and strategic initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional who can own marketing projects end-to-end, drive cross-functional alignment, and translate complex healthcare and product narratives into effective go-to-market execution.
You will play a key leadership role in shaping marketing operations, campaign strategy, and execution while ensuring compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership

Own and drive large-scale marketing projects including product launches, GTM initiatives, brand campaigns, and demand-generation programs

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics

Lead project governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
Marketing Strategy & Execution

Partner with leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Oversee digital, content, performance, partnerships, and field marketing initiatives

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between marketing, product, sales, clinical, compliance, and external agencies

Influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
Process, Performance & Optimization

Establish and improve marketing project management frameworks, workflows, and best practices

Track campaign performance, ROI, and delivery metrics

Use data and insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
Mentorship & Leadership

Guide and mentor junior project managers or marketing team members

Contribute to building a scalable, high-performing marketing organization
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field

8+ years of experience
in project management and/or marketing roles

Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives

Strong understanding of marketing channels, GTM strategy, and campaign execution

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in
Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, or Digital Health

Exposure to healthcare compliance, regulatory marketing, or patient-centric communication

PMP, Agile, Scrum, or advanced marketing certifications preferred
-
Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
