We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Requirements Engineer to join our agile, cross-functional team. You will play a crucial role in driving the digitalization of the energy industry. If you are passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do To Drive The Energy Transition

• Collaborate with a team of Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Product Designers to digitalize the energy industry. Our teams are distributed across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain digital touchpoints for our partners and customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the user journey, facilitating the transition to self-produced, clean, and connected energy supply.
• Coordinate and develop architecture across team boundaries to identify the most valuable increments. You will gain a deep understanding of our integrated business processes and products.
• Share concepts and knowledge during backlog refinements, sprint reviews, and code reviews, while being open to suggestions for improvement.
• Ideally, have experience with CRM and ERP systems (especially Salesforce and SAP) and working with APIs.
• Continuously improve your knowledge of agile product development and methodologies.
• Stay current with training courses, workshops, and user groups.
  
  

What You Will Need On That Journey

• Experience as a requirements engineer, software engineer, or business analyst in an agile software development environment.
• Knowledge of the energy industry and its processes is a plus.
• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, (business) engineering, energy management, or a comparable field.
• Strong communication skills, along with conceptual, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to work in a team, and a goal- and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience working with cross-functional, self-organized, agile teams.
• Ability to comfortably express your ideas and arguments in good spoken and written English.
