Job Overview
We are hiring a Digital Research and Analyst to support our performance marketing and strategy teams with in-depth research, data analysis, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical abilities, a background in statistics, accounts, finance, economics, or a related field, and advanced MS Excel expertise. Strong English communication skills are essential for reporting and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed digital market research and industry trend analysis
- Analyze large datasets related to digital campaigns, traffic performance, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports with insights and recommendations
- Develop dashboards and performance tracking sheets using advanced Excel functions
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign data
- Perform financial analysis related to campaign budgets, spend allocation, and revenue performance
- Support decision-making with statistical analysis and forecasting
- Work closely with media buying, marketing, and management teams to improve performance outcomes
- Present findings clearly in written reports and presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounts, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in research, data analysis, digital analytics, or financial analysis
- Very strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, advanced formulas, data cleaning, and reporting
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights
- Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, PPC, social media, SEO, and performance marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics or other reporting tools is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and forecasting methods
