We’re seeking a Digital Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that drives brand awareness, online sales, and business growth.

Position Overview

The Digital Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing a digital strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across Ignite Lighting’s e-commerce channels — including our website and Amazon store.

You’ll play a hands-on role in optimizing digital sales platforms, managing advertising campaigns, and developing strategies that increase visibility and profitability online.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce growth strategy.
  • Identify, build, and manage multiple digital sales channels — including ignite.lighting, Amazon Seller Central, Houzz, and Google Shopping.
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Amazon Ads (PPC).
  • Set and monitor KPIs, analytics dashboards, and ROI reports for digital performance.

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage and optimize the Ignite Lighting e-commerce website and Amazon Seller account.
  • Oversee product listings, A+ Content, pricing, images, and keyword optimization to drive Amazon sales and organic ranking.
  • Develop product launch strategies, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives across platforms.
  • Coordinate with inventory, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Content & Brand Marketing

  • Plan and execute content marketing initiatives (email, social media, blog, and video).
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and storytelling.

Sales Growth & CRM

  • Implement and manage CRM tools to capture, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Use customer insights and analytics to build targeted marketing and retention campaigns.
  • Explore new digital partnerships, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations to expand reach.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (including listings, optimization, PPC, and A+ Content).
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Lighting, home design, or architectural products industry experience preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid media strategy.
  • Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and digital marketplaces.
  • Experience with website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Skilled with CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
