About the Role

We are looking for a Chat Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and sales through live chat. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with strong written English and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via live chat professionally

Assist customers with product/service information

Convert chats into successful sales

Maintain chat quality, accuracy, and response time

Follow company chat and sales guidelines

Requirements

Freshers are encouraged to apply

Strong written English communication skills

O-Level / A-Level / English language certificate preferred

Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently

Basic computer and typing skills

Preferred (Plus Point)

Prior chat support or sales experience

Customer service or sales mindset
