We’re looking for a tech savvy, creative, and highly organized Digital Services Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support and enhance our digital tools, online platforms, and internal/external user experiences. If you enjoy problem solving, improving workflows, and helping people get the most out of technology, this is the perfect opportunity.
This position requires proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft office suite, and Adobe Acrobat, etc., Understanding basic principles of information security and fraud prevention practices is also a must.
The ideal candidate will need to meet these minimum requirements for the position:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Experience and understanding of traditional banking services
- Expert knowledge, or the ability to acquire expert knowledge of Gerber FCU digital technologies
- Understanding of digital banking platforms and related services
- Abstract working knowledge of information technology implementation and practices
